תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשע״ח
טובין מיובאים או טובין שנועדו לייצוא, תוגש לגביהם לרשות המכס הצהרת ייבוא לפי הוראות סימן ה׳ לפרק רביעי או הצהרת ייצוא לפי הוראות סימן ב׳ לפרק שישי, לפי העניין.
