71. כוחה של הממשלה לבטל רשיון
(א)הממשלה רשאית בכל עת לבטל רשיון מחסן אם היתה סיבה מספקת לכך.
(ב)הודעה על ביטול רשיון תפורסם ברשומות, גם תימסר בכתב לבעל הרשיון.
