75. סילוק טובין למחסן על ידי גובה המכס
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)טובין שהותרו לאחסנה ולא אוחסנו על ידי בעל הטובין, רשאי גובה המכס לסלקם אל המחסן.
(ב)סילק גובה המכס את הטובין, ישלם בעל רשיון המחסן את כל ההוצאות שהוצאו לסילוקם ויהיה לו עִכָּבוֹן על הטובין כנגד הוצאות אלה.
