78. פתיחת מחסן
(א)לא יפתח אדם מחסן ולא ישיג לעצמו גישה לטובין המצויים בו, אלא על פי רָשות.
(ב)העובר על הוראות סעיף זה, דינו – קנס 200 לירות.
