82. גובה מכס רשאי לצוות על סילוק טובין ממחסן פרטי למחסן כללי
רשאי גובה המכס לדרוש מבעל טובין שבמחסן פרטי לסלקם משם למחסן כללי תוך זמן שקבע, או לשלם את המכס עליהם; לא נתמלאה הדרישה, רשאי גובה המכס למכרם ולעשות בדמי המכר כפי שנקבע.
