84. חסר בטובין מוחסנים
נמצא חֶסֶר באחת האריזות של טובין שיובאו והוחסנו, ואין לתלות את החסר בכליה טבעית או בסיבה כשרה אחרת, יהא בעל רשיון המחסן חב, לפי דרישה בכתב מאת גובה המכס, לשלם כפל המכס החל על כמותם או על שווים של הטובין כפי שהוחסנו לראשונה.
