89. טובין שאינם שווים במכס החל עליהם
(א)המנהל רשאי להביא לידי השמדת טובין מוחסנים אם לפי דעת גובה המכס אין הם שווים במכס החל עליהם, ורשאי הוא לוותר על המכס.
(ב)בעל טובין שהושמדו ישלם לבעל רשיון המחסן, או לגובה המכס אם היו הטובין במחסן המכס, את כל התשלומים החלים עליהם ושאינם מכס.
