2. הקמת ועדה
מייעצת והרכבה
תוקם ועדה מייעצת למילוי התפקידים שנקבעו לה לפי חוק זה; הוועדה המייעצת תהיה בת ארבעה חברים כמפורט להלן:
(1)שני חברים עובדי משרד הפנים, שימנה המנהל הכללי של משרד הפנים, ואחד מהם יהיה יושב ראש הוועדה המייעצת;
(2)עובד משרד האוצר, שימנה המנהל הכללי של משרד האוצר;
(3)עובד משרד החינוך, שימנה המנהל הכללי של משרד החינוך.
