13. טיעון על ידי קרוב
בית דין שרעי רשאי לתת לאדם שאינו טוען שרעי רשות לטעון לאחד מבעלי הדין בענין שהובא בפניו, אם נשתכנע שאותו אדם הוא קרוב משפחה של הצד לו הוא טוען וכי אינו לוקח שכר עבור טיעונו בענין.
