50. פטור במסגרת רכישת הכשרה הדרכה ואימון
על אף האמור בתקנות 32 ו־40, יכול שתבוצע עבודה בגובה, לרבות עבודת גלישה או טיפוס תרנים, או ניהול מקצועי בידי אדם שלא אושר לכך, ובלבד שהוא עושה זאת בעת –
(1)הכשרתו במוסד להכשרה, לצורכי הדרכה, אימון או בחינה;
(2)התמחות לפי תקנה 49(א)(1)(ב) או תקנה 49(א)(3)(ב).
