52. ניהול רישום על ידי מוסד להכשרה
(א)מוסד להכשרה ינהל רישום לגבי כל אלה:
(1)מבקש לקבל הכשרה וכל מי שבקשתו נדחתה;
(2)מבקש להבחן, לרבות מבחן נוסף;
(3)מי שקיבל תעודת הכשרה או חידשה ומי שלא עמד בדרישות ההכשרה.
(ב)מוסד להכשרה ידווח למפקח העבודה הראשי על כל תעודת הכשרה שנתן.
