7. אחריות לאספקת ציוד
מבצע אחראי לאספקת כל הציוד והאמצעים הנדרשים לביצוע העבודות המפורטות בתקנות אלה, כשהם במצב תקין ולפי דרישות התקן או תקנות ציוד מגן אישי, לפי הענין.
