106. הקמת מבנה מתכת
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)מבצע בנייה לא יקים מבנה מתכת שגובהו מעל שישה מטרים, אלא לפי תוכנית הנדסית.
(ב)מנהל עבודה ישגיח כי תהליך הקמת מבנה מתכת כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תואם את התוכנית ההנדסית, ואם אינו תואם – יפסיק את הקמת מבנה המתכת ולא יחדש אותה כל עוד התהליך אינו תואם את התוכנית ההנדסית.
