128. ביצוע הריסה
(א)מבצע בניה אחראי לכך שכל עבודת הריסה תתבצע לפי תכנית עבודה מפורטת.
(ב)תכנית כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תימצא באתר כל עת ביצוע עבודת ההריסה, בצמוד לפנקס הכללי.
(ג)הוראות תקנת משנה (א) לא יחולו על הריסת מבנה שגבהו אינו עולה על 4 מטרים.
