131. אזהרה
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)המקום שבו נעשית פעולת הריסה יגודר בגדר מתאימה ויוצגו בו שלטי אזהרה הנראים לעין, וזאת בנוסף לשלט כאמור בתקנה 7; דרכי הגישה הבטוחות למקום ההריסה יסומנו באופן ברור.
(ב)אם אין התקנת הגדר כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) אפשרית, בנסיבות הענין, יינקטו אמצעים נאותים אחרים למניעת גישת אדם לאזור הסכנה.
(ג)תקנה זו תחול גם בזמן הפסקה בעבודת ההריסה.
