163. מבנה וקיום
(א)מבצע בניה אחראי לכך שכל ציוד, אבזרים ומיתקנים חשמליים הנמצאים או המותקנים באתר יתאימו לדרישות חוק החשמל, התשי״ד–1954, והתקנות שהותקנו לפיו, תקנות הבטיחות בעבודה (חשמל), התשמ״ו–1986, ולתקנים הישראליים שענינם חשמל כמשמעותם בחוק התקנים, התשי״ג–1953.
(ב)כל הציוד והמיתקנים שפורטו בתקנת משנה (א), יוחזקו תקינים במהלך כל העבודה באתר.
