166. תוכנית ארגון בטיחות לאתר בנייה
תיקון: תשפ״ו
באתר בנייה שבו מעסיק מבצע הבנייה, בעצמו או באמצעות קבלן ראשי או קבלני משנה, עד 49 עובדים, בו־זמנית, יכין מבצע הבנייה תוכנית ארגון בטיחות לאתר, לפי התוספת השלישית; העתק התוכנית יצורף לפנקס הכללי ויימצא באתר הבנייה; הוראת תקנה זו לא תחול באתר בנייה שהעבודות בו הן כאמור בתקנה 2(ז).
