173. מיפרט התקן הרמה ממוכן
(א)מבצע בניה אחראי לכך שבאתר בו נמצא או מופעל התקן הרמה ממוכן יימצא מפרט מאת היצרן או לפי תכנון, אשר יכלול פרטים על עיגונו של ההתקן למבנה או הצבתו הבטוחה.
(ב)המפרט כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יוצמד לפנקס הכללי.
