תיקון: תשפ״ו
מפקח עבודה ראשי או מי שהוא מינה לעניין זה, ינהל מרשם מנהלי עבודה בסיווג עבודות ביצוע כבישים, תשתית ופיתוח או בסיווג ענף בניין; מרשם מנהלי העבודה יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור ויופיעו בו הפרטים המפורטים בסעיף 173ח לפקודה.
