70. פיגום חמורי
תיקון: תשנ״א
(א)גובה רצפת פיגום חמורי לא יעלה על 2 מטרים מעל לשטח שעליו הוא מוצב.
(ב)לא יוצב פיגום חמורי על פיגום אחר.
(ג)פיגום חמורי יוצב על בסיס איתן ולא יועמד על הקרקע אלא אם כן השטח נוקה, יושר והודק קודם לכן כראוי וננקטו אמצעים נאותים למניעת חדירת סמוכותיו לקרקע.
