3א. ערכת חילוץ ומילוט
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)בכל מקום עבודה שבו מועסקים 50 עובדים או יותר תימצא ערכת חילוץ ומילוט בהישג ידם של רוב העובדים, ולפחות אחת לכל קבוצה של 50 עובדים או חלק מהם.
(ב)במקום עבודה שמועסקים בו פחות מ־50 עובדים תימצא ערכת חילוץ ומילוט אחת לפחות, אם הסיכון בציוד או בתהליך העבודה מחייב זאת.
