12. ציוד משומש
(א)לא יספק מעביד או ממונה על העבודה לעובד משקפי מגן, מגן פנים, מסכה, מגיני קרקפת, כפפות, קסדת מגן, ציוד להגנת שמיעה, נעליים או מגפיים שהיו בשימוש הזולת אלא אם כן עברו ניקוי וחיטוי נאותים.
(ב)ציוד שאינו בשימוש, יוחזק בקרבת מקום העבודה באופן המבטיח את תקינותו וניקיונו.
(ג)תקינותו של הציוד תיבדק לפי הוראות התקן הנוגע לו, כאמור בתקנה 6, או לפי הוראות היצרן.
