2. מניעת סיכונים
מקום עבודה שלא ניתן למנוע בו סיכונים בטיחותיים על ידי בניה או התקנה, חייב מעביד, לשם מניעת סיכוני בטיחות לעובד, לספק לו ציוד מגן אישי כמפורט בתקנות אלה.
