15. חובת העובד
(א)העובד על גג שביר או תלול לא יעשה במזיד או ללא סיבה סבירה דבר העלול לסכן אותו או את זולתו.
(ב)סופקו לעובד על גג שביר או תלול, ציוד או אמצעים להבטחת שלומו או בטיחותו, חובה עליו להשתמש בהם.
