12. מפת המחצבה
(א)התופש ימציא למפקח עבודה אזורי, לפי דרישתו בכתב, מפות של מחצבת־האבן המראות קווי גובה, פרטים של קירות החיצוב ומסלולי הנסיעה במחצבה, וכל פרט אחר שיצוין בדרישה, אך לא יידרש התופש להמציא מפות כאמור יותר מאחת לשנה.
(ב)המפות יוכנו על ידי מהנדס מכרות או מודד מוסמך בקנה־מידה של 1:500 או גדול יותר.
