7. בחינת מנהל מחצבה
מנהל מחצבה שלא עמד בהצלחה בבחינה כאמור בתקנה 4(3) במשך שלוש השנים שקדמו למינויו חייב, לפי דרישה בכתב של מפקח עבודה אזורי, להיבחן בהלכות חיצוב, טיפול בחמרי נפץ ופיצוצים וכן בהלכות הבטיחות בעבודה על כל ענפיה שבמחצבות בפני ועדה, במקום ובזמן שיפורשו בדרישה ולפי תכנית שנקבעה על ידי מפקח העבודה הראשי כאמור בתקנה 4(3).
