9. חובות מנהל המחצבה
מנהל המחצבה חייב למלא אחר הוראות תקנות אלה והוראות הפקודה ותקנות אחרות שהותקנו על פיה והנוגעות לעבודות במחצבת־אבן, וחייב הוא לנקוט בצעדים מתאימים שכל עובד אחר במחצבת־האבן ימלא אחר ההוראות המתייחסות לאותו עובד.
