תיקון: תשע״ו
נודע למשטרת ישראל על תאונה שאירעה באתר בנייה וגרמה למוות או לפציעה קשה של אדם שבשלה הוא בסכנת חיים ממשית, וזקוק לטיפול רפואי דחוף כדי להציל את חייו, תודיע על כך בהקדם האפשרי למפקח עבודה ראשי כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לחוק ארגון הפיקוח על העבודה, התשי״ד–1954.
