14. תוקף החלטה לאשר בקשה להיתר
תוקפה של החלטה לאשר בקשה להיתר הוא ארבעים וחמישה ימים מיום שהתקבלה; ואולם המהנדס רשאי להאריך תקופה זו בארבעים וחמישה ימים נוספים, אם ראה כי הדבר דרוש בנסיבות העניין.
