26. גגון, סוכך מתקפל וסככה
(א)הקמת גגון שלא חלות עליו תקנות הפטור והוא אינו בולט מקיר המבנה יותר מ־4 מטרים ויכול שיהיה בעל ביסוס עצמאי.
(ב)הקמת סוכך מתקפל (מרקיזה) שלא חלות עליו תקנות הפטור.
(ג)הקמת סככה שלא חלות עליה תקנות הפטור.
