33. החלפה או שינוי רכיבים בבניין
החלפת רכיב בבניין, הניתן להחלפה ברכיב אחר, שלא חלות עליו תקנות הפטור ובלבד שמשקל הרכיב החדש לא יעלה על העומס המותר לפי תקן ישראלי ת״י 412 עומסים במבנים: עומסים אופייניים; היה המבנה בנוי מחומרים קלים, לא יעלה העומס על המותר לפי תקן ישראלי ת״י 1556: גגות קלים עם סיכוך רעפים.
