4. הליך מקוון
(א)כל בקשה, פנייה, תשובה והחלטה לפי תקנות אלה תיערך באופן מקוון, באמצעות מערכת רישוי זמין של מינהל התכנון.
(ב)בכל מקום שנדרש צירוף של מסמך, יוגש המסמך באופן מקוון באחת משתי דרכים אלה:
(1)חתום בחתימה אלקטרונית של יוצר המסמך;
(2)סריקה ממוחשבת של העתק המסמך.
