תוספת בנייה לבניין למגורים על פי תכנית כללית החלה במרחב התכנון המקומי או חלק משמעותי ממנו, העוסקת בתוספות בנייה על גגות מבנים; לבקשה להיתר לעניין זה תצורף תכנית ראשית.
