48. ריצוף חצר, הקמת מסלעה ועבודות פיתוח
עבודות פיתוח שלא חלות עליהן תקנות הפטור ובלבד שעבודות הפיתוח אינן כוללות מסלעות או קירות פיתוח בגובה העולה על 3 מטרים והמסלעה אינה מוקמת על גבי קיר תמך.
