39ח. הגבלת תוקף
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)תקופת תוקפה של הודעה לפי תקנה 39ד – שלוש שנים מיום שהוגשה.
(ב)תוקפו של אישור שניתן על ידי הגורמים המפורטים בטור ג׳ לתוספת השנייה – שנתיים מיום מסירתו לעורך הבקשה.
