פנקס ההדרכה כמשמעותו בתקנה 6 יוחזק בתוך מקום העבודה, ואולם לעניין מקום עבודה שמתבצעות בו עבודות בנייה או בנייה הנדסית – יוחזק באתר הבנייה שבו מועסק העובד.
