18. הוראות לענין רכב שמטענו פורק
(א)הוראות פרק זה, למעט תקנות 8(א)(1), 13 ו־15(2) ו־(3) לענין הובלת חומרים מסוכנים בכמות האמורה בתוספת השניה, יחולו גם על רכב המוביל חומרים מסוכנים שמטענו פורק ולא נשטף וטוהר משאריות החומר המסוכן ואדיו.
(ב)רכב שמטענו פורק, נשטף וטוהר משאריות, יסיר ממנו המוביל את שלטי הסימון או יכסם.
