25. התלייה או ביטול הסמכה של אחראי על ניהול מקצועי
המפקח רשאי להתלות או לבטל את הסמכתו של אחראי על הניהול המקצועי, אם ראה כי הוא לא עבר השתלמות לפי תקנה 23(א) או נתקיים בו האמור בתקנה 15ב(1) עד (3) לתקנות התעבורה.
