27. הצמדה
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)סכומי האגרות שבתוספת השישית ישתנו ב־1 באפריל של כל שנה (להלן – יום השינוי), לפי שיעור שינוי מדד המחירים לצרכן שפרסמה הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה (להלן – המדד), בחודש ינואר שקדם ליום השינוי לעומת המדד שפורסם בחודש ינואר בשנה שקדמה לה.
(ב)סכום שהשתנה כאמור יעוגל לשקל החדש השלם הקרוב.
(ג)המנהל הכללי של משרד התחבורה יפרסם ברשומות את נוסח התוספת השישית כפי שהשתנתה לפי האמור בתקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב).
