6. פקיעת תוקפו של רישיון מוביל
יצא רכב מסחרי מכלל שימוש, שונה מבנהו או ייעודו, הועברה הבעלות בו או פקע תוקף רישיון הרכב שלו, יפקע תוקפו של רישיון המוביל שניתן לגביו ובעל הרישיון יחזירו למפקח.
