12. ניהול מרשם לעניין רישיונות הפעלה
(א)הממונה ינהל מרשם שבו יירשמו בתי דיור מוגן שניתן לגביהם רישיון הפעלה וכן בתי דיור מוגן שרישיון ההפעלה שניתן לגביהם בוטל או הותלה לפי סעיף 10 (בסעיף זה – המרשם).
(ב)המרשם יועמד לעיון הציבור במשרדי הממונה ויפורסם באתר האינטרנט של משרד הרווחה ובכל דרך נוספת שהממונה ימצא לנכון.
