15. אישור לצורך קבלת דייר לבית דיור מוגן
בעל רישיון הפעלה רשאי לקבל אדם כדייר לבית הדיור המוגן שלגביו ניתן לו הרישיון, ובלבד שהצוות הרב־מקצועי אישר כי הוא מסוגל לדאוג לצרכיו האישיים ולנהל את משק ביתו, גם אם ניתן לו סיוע חלקי.
