21. קביעת כללי התנהגות
(א)בעל רישיון הפעלה יקבע כללי התנהגות סבירים שעל הדיירים בבית הדיור המוגן וכן על מי שמבקר אותם או שמטפל בהם בבית הדיור המוגן לנהוג לפיהם (בסעיף זה – כללי התנהגות).
(ב)בעל רישיון הפעלה רשאי, לאחר שהתייעץ עם ועד הדיירים בבית הדיור המוגן, ככל שמונה, לשנות את כללי ההתנהגות, להוסיף עליהם או לגרוע מהם, ובלבד שהודיע על כך לדיירים שלושים ימים מראש לפחות.
