32. התקשרות עם נותן שירות
דייר רשאי להתקשר עם כל נותן שירות, בהסכם למתן שירות אישי או שירות אחר בדירתו, ובלבד שהודיע לבעל רישיון ההפעלה על רצונו להתקשר כאמור והוא לא התנגד להתקשרות זו; בעל רישיון הפעלה לא יתנגד להתקשרות כאמור ולא ימנע את מתן השירות כאמור, אלא מטעמים סבירים.
