34. מינוי בא כוח
(א)דייר רשאי למנות בא כוח מטעמו לצורך קבלת הודעות מבעל רישיון הפעלה או לצורך קבלת החלטות בשמו בעניינים הקשורים לבית הדיור המוגן, לרבות פינוי הדירה לאחר סיום ההתקשרות (בפרק זה – מיופה כוח).
(ב)ייפוי כוח כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יינתן בכתב ויהיה חתום בידי הדייר; ייפוי הכוח יצורף להסכם ההתקשרות ויפורטו בו הנסיבות והתנאים שבהם יהיה מיופה הכוח מוסמך לקבל הודעות או החלטות כאמור באותו סעיף קטן.
