6. מתן הודעה לעובד זר מסירת מידע
(א)אשרה ורישיון ישיבה לעובד זר בענף הסיעוד יינתנו לראשונה רק לאחר שנותן האשרה ורישיון הישיבה נוכח לדעת כי קודם כניסתו לישראל של העובד הזר נמסרה לו הודעה בשפה שהוא מבין על ההסדרים הקבועים בתקנות אלה.
(ב)לא יחודשו אשרה ורישיון לעובד זר, אלא לאחר שנותן האשרה ורישיון הישיבה נוכח כי נמסרה לו הודעה בשפה שהוא מבין על ההסדרים הקבועים בתקנות אלה.
