Section 3 of תקנות סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – נתוני תקשורת) (העברת נתונים ממאגר נתוני זיהוי לרשות חוקרת אחרת), התשע״ז–2017, תיעוד.
3. תיעוד
(א)משטרת ישראל תתעד באופן אוטומטי ורצוף כל פנייה למאגר לקבלת נתוני זיהוי (להלן – המידע) והרשות החוקרת האחרת תתעד את קבלת המידע, והכל באופן מכוון לפי סעיף 8(א) לחוק.
(ב)התיעוד יכלול את אלה:
(1)זהות מקבל המידע;
(2)התאריך והשעה שבה התקבל המידע;
(3)סוג המידע שהתקבל;
(4)מספר תיק החקירה, אם יש כזה.
