14ב. סמכות תפיסה
תיקון: תשס״ד
(א)המוסמך לערוך חיפוש רשאי לתפוס חפץ אסור שלא הופקד כאמור בסעיף 14א, או כל חפץ שיש לו יסוד סביר להניח כי הוא עשוי לשמש ראיה בהליך משפטי בשל עבירה.
(ב)מי שביצע תפיסת חפצים לפי סעיף קטן (א) יערוך רשימה שלהם, והוא רשאי להעבירם ידי המשטרה או להחזירם לאדם שממנו נתפסו.
