26. הגשת תביעה פלילית
לא תוגש תביעה פלילית נגד אדם בשל עבירה על חוק זה, ולא יהא היועץ המשפטי לממשלה רשאי לצוות על הפסקת הליכים שנפתחו – אלא על דעת יושב־ראש הכנסת.
