6. פעולה שעובד ציבורי אינו רשאי לבצעה
תיקון: תשס״ד
כל אדם או גוף הממלא תפקיד על פי דין (בסעיף זה – עובד הציבור) אינו רשאי לעשות במשכן הכנסת או ברחבה כל פעולה שהוא חייב או רשאי לבצעה במילוי תפקידו, אלא בהיתר מאת יושב־ראש הכנסת, והעובדה שעובד הציבור פעל כאמור לפי הוראות הממונה עליו לא תשמש לו הגנה.
